Friday, May 31 - start time 6pm
5pm: Doors open for early registration.
6pm: Join us in the ballroom for cocktail hour (open bar!).
7pm: Film screening by Alberta Poon, Sarah Baker and Gabi Villasenor. Performance by vōx paired with a tropically-inspired welcome dinner with food and drink by Hey Love. Herbal bar by Barbari. Hosted by Rosebud CBD.
Saturday, June 1
9am: Doors open, free coffee available in Upper Lobby.
10am: Community Panel and Roundtable: Sharing Our Cannabis Stories with Chelsea Leyland, Mennlay Aggrey, Lauren Yoshiko and Cambria Benson. We begin with a panel, then discuss in smaller groups to facilitate connection and communication between attendees. Hosted by Serra.
12:30-2pm: Lunch break!
2pm: Botanical Oil Blending Workshop: Make Your Own CBD Topicals with Fine Healing Goods.
4-7pm: Open time to visit Portland, take meetings, and explore the space.
7pm: Musical performances from Jarina De Marco, MAARQUII, Sávila and DJ Cay Horiuchi.
11pm: Afterparty at Hey Love with Noche Libre.
Sunday, June 2 - end time 5pm
9am: Coffee and conversation to ease into the day.
10am: Science-led education and Q&A’s: Debunking myths and filling in the blanks with cannabis educator Zoe Sigman, Dr. Janice Knox, and Alisha Holloway. We’ve made a special printed guide to cannabis just for you! Hosted by Phylos Bioscience.
12:30-2pm: During lunch hours, pet a bunny at the Yew Yew Petting Zew.
Also during lunch, join Flora for Cannabis Justice Happy Hour, a casual meet-up with other guests to discuss resources and the work we can do to create an inclusive, equitable cannabis community.
2pm-3:30: Entrepreneurship panel: Building a Brand with Integrity. Discussing the business of cannabis with 48North co-CEO Alison Gordon, Pure Beauty co-founder Imelda Walavalkar, Cannaclusive co-founder Mary Pryor, and Quill co-founder, Christopher Schiel.
3:30-4:30: Live podcast with High, Good People, a podcast that explores the relationships between people of color and cannabis in the new age of legalization. Featuring Mennlay Aggrey, Geraldine Mae Cueva and Caroline Bletchert.
All weekend: Shop the Broccoli pop-up, create & photograph flower sculptures with Flower by Edie Parker in the Secret Garden, get your dreamy glamour portrait taken in the Quill room, roll with Old Pal & Eaze, explore the space, and meet with fellow guests.
